Research Interests

Marianthi's interests lies in the bio-physical interactions in the Red Sea. Through coupled physical-biological ocean modeling and remote sensing ocean colour data, she aims to investigate the physical processes that regulate nutrient availability and phytoplankton biomass in the Red Sea.
